Shipping policy

At Global One, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely, anywhere in Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how our delivery process works.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 working days
  • Other cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days
  • Remote or far-flung areas: may take slightly longer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated if there is any significant delay.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,500
  • A standard delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 1,500, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp. When your order is dispatched, we share a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. You can also message us anytime on WhatsApp for a status update.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Most of our orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for our courier partner at the time of delivery. If COD is not available for your specific area, our team will inform you and offer an alternative payment method.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery during normal working hours. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a convenient time. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable at checkout, as incorrect details may delay your order.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple products, we will try to ship them together. In some cases, items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days, depending on stock location.

9. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our team on WhatsApp to arrange redelivery, which may include an additional delivery charge.
